Biddick School Wellness Centre

Opening November 2006, Biddick School Sports College Wellness Centre is a “state of the art” Fitness facility equipped with latest Technogym equipment.

The fully air conditioned 32 piece fitness suite includes:

• Cardiovascular machines with TV and Radio
• Resistance machines
• Free weights

All cardiovascular and resistance equipment are computer linked to enable individual programming and monitoring of progress.

Highly qualified Fitness Coaches are available for orientation, induction and personal instruction.
